Laser Nail Fungus Removal- Effective treatment for toenail fungus by addressing the root cause with a series of quick, noninvasive, painless laser sessions that are typically completed in under 10 minutes.
The laser’s deep heating power acts as an antifungal agent, using pulses of light energy to eliminate the fungus and stimulate an immune response for healthy nail growth. Expect noticeable results within 10-12 weeks, with a recommendation of at least six sessions for optimal outcomes. This treatment ensures the eradication of the fungus and promotes the growth of clean, healthy nails.
The PicoWay Resolve laser or the GentleMax Pro® Alexandrite laser is used to “paint” the skin of the face, chest, arms, hands, or nearly any other area of the body to effectively remove age spots and decrease skin laxity. The laser penetrates the skin and causes an increase in temperature that leads to an increase in collagen production. This increase in collagen leads to skin tightening and a more youthful look to the skin. The laser is also attracted to the melanin in the age spots and leads to the removal of these lesions. Patients will notice that the age spots being to scab after a few days, and then will fall off. Often the treatment brings out some new spots, but those too are effectively treated.
Frax info: Frax 1550 is designed for non-ablative skin resurfacing and improving skin texture.
Its unique non-ablative fractional technology uses a software algorithm to set the parameters. It enables the user to set the pulse duration and the energy, independently.
Ellipse IPL info: Ellipse IPL uses narrower wavelength bands, per condition, enabling treatment of photodamaged skin using less than half the fluence, no active cooling, and fewer treatments than reported in studies with broadband IPL devices.
IPL photorejuvenation with Ellipse IPL, using relatively shorter wavelengths and pulse widths, showed significant macroscopic and quantitative improvements, especially in the treatment of epidermal pigmentation and improvement of basic skin tone.
Patients will notice a significant reduction in the number of age spots after one treatment, but three treatments are recommended for optimal skin tightening results and age spot reduction. Sessions are scheduled 4 weeks apart. Patients can return, as needed, for additional treatments.
